TOP 5 WAYS TO SHARE THE 2017 CANADA GAMES WITH PANAGO!

Since 1967, the Canada Games and their lasting legacies continue to be a catalyst for the growth of amateur sport and recreation across our country. With nearly 100,000 young athletes and over 100,000 coaches, officials and volunteers participating to date, Panago is honoured to be a proud supporter of the 2017 Canada Summer Games. Get ready to share the fun.

1. Show up and cheer
If you can make it to Winnipeg, we encourage you to wave a towel and cheer on your home province. The athletes have trained hard and they really appreciate (loud and vocal) support, so make sure you attend as many events as possible and make some noise. Athletes from across the country will be represented. Who knows? You could be witnessing the next Hayley Wickenheiser or Andre De Grasse.

2. Visit Panago at the Canada Games
If you like pizza and awesome merch, this is mandatory. Team Panago will be on site at the Canada Games Festival at The Forks from August 2nd to August 7th handing out great swag, like t-shirts, other merchandise — and of course pizza. Panago is also proud to be an official supporter and a presenting sponsor of beach volleyball. Team Panago will be at Sargent Park Beach Volleyball Centre from August 1st to August 4th.

3. Complete the Pintathalon
For those who know, pin trading is an all-consuming passion to the point of being a competitive sport. Panago will be helping athletes and non-athletes alike compete in a Pintathalon at the Games by hosting Panago Pin Trading Pizza Parties. We’ll be at the Canada Games Festival at The Forks Pin Trading Centre on Thursday, August 3, 6pm – 7pm and Sunday, August 6, 6pm – 7pm. Trade for awesome pins and get your own Panago commemorative pizza pin while supplies last.

4. Stay connected
There will be a lot happening at the Canada Games. How do you keep track of it all? Follow Panago on social media to stay connected with Panago activities. We’ll be announcing free pizza party times and other activities we’ll be up to at the Games. So stay tuned to make sure you don’t miss out on a fresh slice.

5. Look out for #RandomActsOfPizza
You never know when a #RanomActsOfPizza will happen. Team Panago will be roaming the Winnipeg Canada Games and social media channels looking for deserving volunteers, unsuspecting spectators and anyone who likes pizza— which pretty much means anyone. If you can’t engage with us at the Canada Games Festival located at the Forks, give us a shout out on social media and you could be the lucky recipient of some randomly awesome pizza. Looking forward to seeing you in Winnipeg.
