Summer can be short in Calgary, so it’s important to pack as much as you can into the two short months. We put together a list of our favourite summer fun activities that help make Calgary such an awesome and fun city. How many can you cross off your list before the Labour Day long weekend is through?
Summer is pretty sweet. When the sun shines and shorts come out, everyone seems to have an extra spring in their step. We want to help Canadians make the most of this summer, so throughout the next month, we’ll share some of our favourite things to do in various cities throughout the country. From festivals to parties to outdoor adventures and more, the true North is full of fun and adventure for everyone.
The first stop is Vancouver, and with the rain at bay there’s so much to do in the city this time of year!
It doesn’t matter if you like rock, pop, metal, country or a genre in between, nothing beats fresh pizza to fuel a night of fresh music with friends!
As Live Nation Canada’s Official Pizza Partner we’ll be onsite at various venues handing out free slices of #RandomActsOfPizza to music lovers attending the gig. Check out the list of shows we’ll be at and check back often, as we’ll update it as new shows get added.
Web developers are known to love their pizza! That’s why on Saturday, June 4th, we’ll be at FITC’s next Spotlight Series on Advance Responsive Design fueling the attendees with a fresh pizza lunch to get them through the day.
It’s hard to believe that it’s already been a year since we were first introduced to the electronic music organization and fueled them with a #RandomActsOfPizza! To celebrate, we’re doing it all over again and providing plenty of pizza for their first anniversary party happening May 28th at Lost + Found Cafe.
To celebrate our #RandomActsOfPizzaTour, we’re giving away 10 pairs of VIP Weekend Passes to Field Trip – Toronto’s downtown community music and arts festival!
Back for its 4th year at Fort York and Garrison Common on June 4th and 5th, the festival will showcase live acts including The National, Robyn, July Talk, and Of Montreal. In addition to bragging rights, these passes give you several benefits including priority festival entry, VIP seating, exclusive food and beverage offerings and access to cell phone charging and water refill stations.
We have 10 pairs of VIP passes up for grabs, so if you want your chance to dance the weekend away on us, be sure to check out our Facebook Page from May 9th – 15th, and our Twitter feed May 16th – 22nd!
