Rules & Regulations

How to enter:

Contest begins February 25, 2013. To enter, visit www.panago.com, provide your email address, phone number, name and address. Click on "enter" to forward your entry electronically.

One entry per person/email address. All entries must be received by 5pm PST, May 26, 2013, the contest closing date.

Panago Pizza Inc. (contest sponsor) is not responsible for any entries destroyed, mutilated, lost or misdirected. No purchase necessary. Although online access and an e-mail account must be used in order to participate in this contest, no purchase of any kind is required. Many public libraries, retail businesses and others offer free access to computers and a number of Internet service providers and other companies offer free e-mail accounts.

To enter the "Classic Promotion" Contest, individuals are required to provide their correct e-mail address, first and last name, complete address including postal code and phone number. In addition, Panago Pizza Inc. (contest sponsor) may collect certain personal, usage and purchase information. All information collected at the participating entry website for this contest is protected against unauthorized access. By using the entry website, all entrants consent to collection and use of this information by Panago Pizza Inc. (contest sponsor) and/or the participating Panago outlets.

Panago Pizza Inc. (contest sponsor) and/or the participating Panago outlets will not willfully disclose individually identifiable information about a contestant to any third party without first receiving the contestant's permission. Panago Pizza Inc. (contest sponsor) and/or the participating Panago outlets will not share or sell a contestant's personal information to other companies, organizations or individuals without the permission of the contestant. Prizes:
There will be a total of one (1) prize available to be won – to be chosen from two (2). One prize will consist of a seven (7) night trip for two (2) to Italy. The prize includes roundtrip economy airfare for two (2) adults( over the age of 21) aboard Air Canada from any one of Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Halifax International airports; seven (7) nights’ standard hotel room accommodations at a 3-star or better hotel in Venice (to be determined by Air Canada). The winner and travelling companion are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, i.e. passports and visa (if applicable). The prize trip must be completed by October 21, 2013. Travel must be booked through Air Canada Vacations and is subject to space availability as determined by Air Canada Vacations. Blackouts may occur. Approximate retail value excluding taxes: maximum $4,000.00 CAD, based on Vancouver departure.

The prize must be accepted as awarded, has no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, substituted or redeemed for cash, cannot be combined with any other promotion and cannot be used towards Aeroplan mileage accumulation or any other frequent flyer program.

All other items such as all air departure taxes, optional seat selection fees, in-flight meals, beverages and entertainment, checked-in luggage charges, round trip airport-hotel transfer charges, gratuities, telephone calls, insurance, all meals and beverages, round trip travel costs between the travellers’ homes and the departure airport are NOT INCLUDED and are the responsibility of the winner and his or her travelling companion.

The other prize choice consists of a year’s supply of Panago Pizza products. The prize will take the form of a $100.00 Panago gift card each month for 12 months. Approximate retail value = $1,200.00 (CAD)

If the winner is over the age of 21, he or she can choose which prize they would like. If the winner is under the age of 21, he or she must take the year’s supply of Panago products.

All decisions of the judges are final.

How To Win:
A random draw will be held on May 30, 2013 by the independent judging organization from all eligible entries received during the contest period. Chances of winning will be dependent upon the number of eligible entries received at the entry website during the contest period. In order to win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer the time-limited mathematical, skill-testing question administered by mail. In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must first sign a Winner's Affidavit and a Winner's Agreement (including a Publicity Release), agreeing to the use of his or her name, photo, voice and/or statements without compensation other than the prize offered. The travelling companion (if the travel prize is chosen) must also sign an Affidavit and Publicity Release. The skill-testing question must be answered correctly and the required forms signed by all travelers before travel can take place. If the answer to the question is incorrect or if any traveler refuses to sign the forms, the selected entrant and his or her travelling companion will be disqualified and another draw will take place. By entering the contest, all entrants agree to be bound by the rules of the contest and agree to the decisions of the independent judging organization with respect to all aspects of this contest. All permanent legal residents of Canada (except Quebec) are eligible to win, providing that they are not employees of Panago Pizza Inc. (contest sponsor), their participating Panago outlets, their advertising or promotional agencies or the independent judging organization or family members with whom these employees are domiciled. All entries become the property of Panago Pizza Inc. (contest sponsor).

Panago Pizza Inc. (contest sponsor) reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater value should either of these prizes become unavailable for any reason and to cancel this promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, printing or production errors pertaining to the contest promotional materials, unavailability of the prize due to situations with prize suppliers which are beyond the reasonable control of Panago Pizza Inc. (contest sponsor) or if any virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Panago Pizza Inc. (contest sponsor) or the participating Panago outlets corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, Panago Pizza Inc. (contest sponsor) and the participating Panago outlets reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

Panago Pizza Inc. (contest sponsor) and the participating Panago outlets are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by Panago Pizza Inc. (contest sponsor) or the participating Panago outlets on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer, related to or resulting from downloading any materials in this promotion. Panago Pizza Inc. (contest sponsor) and the participating Panago outlets reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify the contest rules without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the contest.

The contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
