UPDATED: March 30, 2020
We are continuing to evolve our business to keep both our staff and customers safe during these uncommon times.
We recently launched our zero contact delivery + pickup program as an option for those customers who wish to limit any personal contact.
Our zero contact delivery process is outlined below:
1. Order pre-payment on our app or select zero contact online (credit cards and virtual debit available).
2. Upon arrival the driver will buzz, knock or ring the doorbell and place the order down.
3. The driver will then move back a minimum of 2 metres (6 feet) to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
4. Once the order has been received by the customer, the driver will thank the customer and leave.
Our Panago staff will not be entering elevators, hallways or staircases in townhouses, homes or businesses.
For pickup or walk-in orders, stores will have a marked area for customers to wait for their orders. Once the order is ready, it will be placed on the counter and the staff member will move away from the counter to comply with social distancing. The counter will then be sanitized once the customer has cleared the area.
A minimal contact option is still available for those customers who wish to use our debit/credit machine. The machine will be placed on top of the order and the driver or store staff will move away to let the customer transact their order.
These are temporary operational procedures but are extremely important so we can continue to safely get our product to our customer.

Dear Valued Customers,
At Panago, the well-being of our employees and customers is extremely important to us. As a trusted name in delivery/takeout pizza across Canada, we are committed to being a responsible member of our communities amidst this ongoing COVID-19 outbreak.
For this reason, we are taking every precaution to ensure enhanced safety and cleanliness measures have been put in place at all of our stores and offices.
We are proactively taking the following steps:
We are no longer accepting cash at any of our locations or upon delivery.
Customers cannot dine-in at any of our locations but are still able to pick-up their orders using debit or credit cards.
We are encouraging customers to order and pre-pay online to support contactless payment at the door.
We have implemented several enhanced cleanliness procedures in all of our stores, which include elevated cleaning practices and disinfecting protocols.
We have implemented an increased frequency of handwashing for all in-store employees and delivery drivers.
We are advising employees who are sick or displaying symptoms to stay home.
We have established a task force to monitor the situation and ensure that we are making immediate adjustments as necessary.
We are closely following the direction of the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and Federal Agencies and Health Organizations.
We will continue to listen to advice, review the changing landscape and take immediate actions as necessary. As of today, we are confident that we can safely prepare and serve our meals to communities across Canada and will continue to do so, as long as it is right for the health and safety of our employees and customers.
From all of us at Panago Pizza
