TRAINING + DEVELOPMENT:
Whether you’re new to Panago or simply moving into a new position within a store, you’ll receive a complete orientation. From pizza chefs to management to delivery drivers, we’ll invest everything we can to make sure you feel confident and supported as part of the Panago team.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING:
We know you’ve got responsibilities and commitments outside of work, and we want you to be able to balance your work life with personal life. We’ll work together with you to develop a plan that suits you.

We encourage our employees to get involved. For their hours of community work, they can even be eligible for a portion of these hours to be paid for by Panago.

SCHOLARSHIPS:
We want our employees to succeed, and we're committed to supporting our staff as they work toward their academic goals. Our Panago Scholarship Program provides eligible employees with an opportunity to be awarded funding for post-secondary education and recognition for their involvement in both community and volunteer activities.
