REGENT PARK FILM FESTIVAL

Movies and pizza are like the Thelma and Louise of culinary delights and given that the Toronto Regent Park Film Festival is fast approaching, our Gerrard Street location is pumped to fuel all 150 of their volunteers with fresh pizza during the festivities.

Starting November 18th at Daniels Spectrum, this annual festival is the city’s only free-of-charge, multi-cultural community film festival showcasing local and international independent works relevant to inner-city communities across Toronto. The festival also holds year-round school and community screenings, workshops and discussions aiming to reach isolated individuals throughout Regent Park. The goal is to provide a forum for people from all walks of life to engage in dialogue on social issues and to enjoy films from all over the world.
